20 minute interview. Went over the job responsibilities, schedules and pay. Asked about myself, schooling. About 5 scenario questions. what would you do.... and name a time. Name a time you had a difficult customer? Tell me about a time you had to put in extra effort to get a job done and what was the outcome? Name a time you had to work on a team? Multi tasking. There were 2 more but i forgot, sorry.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Process was fairly easy and moving along in the hiring process was easy as well. Recruiters respond very fast and are always helpful with answering any questions you may have.

Entretien
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
