I applied online on State Farm's website & a week later got an email for the next step. I just replied to the email with information about myself & the next day I got the preassessment. The pre test was in 3 parts: a typing test where they give you a paragraph and you have to type as much as you can within the given Timeframe.. A test where you had to act like you were answering calls as a call agent and played out a few different scenarios with different types of customers and then the last was more like behavioral questions. A week after I submitted the pre test I got a call from HR to schedule a phone interview. It was scheduled for the next day. The phone interview was okay. Every question I was asked I seen on Glass door so it made it even easier since I had a lil cheat sheet where I wrote notes. It came in handy! She said I was fit for the job but since its Feb & the job starts in May she wasn't able to give out any job offers. But she did say within a week she's doing a call conference that she wants me to be a part of where she'll give more information for the next step.

Great experience. I applied in March 2016, recently got invited for an interview with a different position in September 2016. My interview was an hour. The recruiter asked about 5 situational questions, which she wanted in a precise, structured format (STAR). By the end of call I was offered a contingent employment pending background and drug screen. She also took the time to go over benefits as well.

I had my interview Friday morning. I thought it went ok, but unlike others on here. I was not extended the offer over the phone. I'm hoping I get the job
