My process has so far been very smooth. I applied (9/16), took online assessments, set up phone interview (10/4) and was offered the job at the end of my phone interview (10/7). No one on one interview needed. The recruiter was very nice and together we treated the interview like a conversation - laughing included. Phone call lasted about 45 minutes. Had 24 hours to accept or decline the offer.
