Entretien
Overall the Interview process was extensive. It involved taking an online assessment first. If you move forward then you go in to interview with the Agent. If that is successful you are required to take another online test provided through State Farm. Once you successfully complete that as well as the background and reference check then you may be hired. Please keep in mind that every State Farm Agent has their own hiring practices besides what is required by State Farm.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.

The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.

Entretien
The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
