I applied online for the above position in May 2018. The first week of June 2018 I recieved a test link from StateFarm, by the end of that week I was sent scheduling details for phone interview, Before ending the phone interview the following week, I was offered a face to face interview at the CityLine Richardson location. The next week I completed face to face interview, drug screening, and background check and was offered to move forward with the job offer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.
