The interview process was pretty straight forward. I knew because of the number of employees they were seeking to employ, the process had to be streamlined. The phone interview was lengthy (STAR format) and the "long time" was due in part to the background checks (credit, employment, criminal). I interviewed early May and received a final offer the mid part of the month. It's State Farm, so although the opportunity seems entry level, it's an entry into State Farm.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
