Apply online, email to do testing, email with results, email to schedule interview, phone interview and job offer, email with start date and more paperwork. It was a very easy process and I never had to go to a formal interview. I really liked it, but being an entry level job, it was not a surprise.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.
