Entretien
I applied online and was contacted a few days later with an invents thin to compete an assessment.
After the successful completion of the assessment I was contacted a few days later to schedule a phone screen interview. Upon completion of the phone screen, I was immediately offered a partine position. I accepted the position. Two days later I received an email with instructions to submitted a background check and to take a drug screening.
The drug screen came back with in a few days.
My background check took a few weeks to complete due to my previous employer not responding to a verification of employment. Once all of my documents were verified the final offer was made the same day. My start date was three months from the date I applied.
Easy quick responsive very interpersonal easy to engage genuine personable I felt like it really gave great insight on who and how I am and how I can benefit the company as a whole

Entretien
The interview was pretty simple, they asked basic behavioral health questions and questions regarding your experience and how it will contribute to the position you were applying for. I was offered but declined due to the salary. The experience I had wasn’t worth taking the change for the drop in pay. Interviewer was pretty straight forward advised they would have negotiated pay IF I had auto experience - even though I had 5 years in managing claims and I wouldn’t be managing only customer care.

Lengthy and long random questions and typing test. Be prepared that if you pass you’ll have a lot of work and should be able to maintain it. Not for faint of heart.
