It was a phone interview. The person interviewing me did not sound interested. Questions were not related to the position applied for. The interviewer didn't seem to know what she was doing. She paused a lot in between questions and didn't know what to ask me towards the end.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
