I had a recruiter call me and ask me several different questions. He was pretty monotone the entire time and did not make me an offer for the job. He did say that he would let me know by email or by phone whether or not I got the job between 24-48 hours.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Entretien
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
