I applied online and one of their recruiters reached out to schedule a phone interview for later that week...only she never called. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt and even sent a follow-up email asking if we needed to reschedule. I still never heard back — moreover, the job is still posted online, so presumably they're still looking. Unless she, like...got hit by a bus or something, that was totally uncoordinated and unprofessional, even by start-up standards. If I dropped the ball that hard at any of my jobs I'd have been fired in a heart beat, but at Stash that's just standard procedure, I guess. They seemed like a cool place to work with a unique mission, but it's clear they need to work on better structure and basic professionalism.
