The interviewer interviews two interviewee at a time, basically to minimize the time it takes to finish interviewing all the applicants. It takes one day processing of application, and the final interview is done via call. Although you must not expect that much if they said they are doing the interview via call because they might just ghost you. So overall, my advice is to ace the online assessment test, as well as the writing test, because that way, you can earn a spot in your application. Good luck.
