It was an on-campus recruitment drive.
The first technical test was held at the college and was a pen-and-paper test. The questions included programming MCQs, numerical problems, verbal reasoning, and two easy coding questions: one pattern-related and one string-related.
I was selected for the next round, which was another technical test held at the StartBit office in Jaipur. In this second technical test, they gave three coding questions: one on OOP, a second pattern-related question, and a third easy-level programming question. I solved all three, and after one hour, I was selected for the technical interview.
The technical interview happened on the same day and was an easy interview focused entirely on my resume. At the end, the interviewer discussed salary, the role, work, and holidays. I thought I had been selected, and the interviewer mentioned that HR would share the offer letter within 6-7 days. However, after all of that, they scheduled one more round, an HR Round. In this round, the interviewer told me that my technical skills did not match the tools and technologies the company uses. In the end, she said HR would inform me regarding my selection.
