Theinterview was held first over the phone. After that I came to their facility in San Bernardino for an in-person interview. The interview process was casual and comfortable. The most difficult part was getting ahold of them.

At the end of the interview, they had me write a “NOTE” on a fictional resident. It was basically what was currently happening to the resident, what interventions we could use to help the resident, and what we expect the resident to respond to the interventions.
