I had some contact with a Starpoint recruiter a couple of years ago, it was uneventful. I was recently contacted out of the blue by another one who had a job opening. I did a phone interview with the hiring manager and that went no further. The same recruiter said they had two more jobs to look at. Neither salary was even close to the market value for the job with some one who had the experience I do. I said I would entertain one of the two, the recruiter asked me if I could update my resume with something that the job was looking for. It wasn't something I had done before and told the recruiter that, she asked me if it would be a "stretch" to put something on that sounded like the experience they were looking for, I told them I wouldn't. I never heard back from the recruiter, they seemed offended by integrity. In addition the recruiter was recruiting for technical positions but didn't seem to understand what they were recruiting for.

Scheduled interview, never called or followed up on my emails or calls about not showing up. Very unprofessional. This reflects very poorly on the company as a whole. If you want good canidates you should respect their time.
