Only got offered the phone interview. It went well but the woman on the other line was not very friendly or seemed happy at all. Asked me to do a math problem, too. Typical behavioral questions such as a time that I failed, a time that I stepped up as a leader, a time I had to work in a group to get something done, etc.

Interview process involved one 30ish minute interview with a recruiter. Very straightforward - they asked about interests, background and experiences, and some behavioral questions. Called back a week later to give offer.
