Entretien
First is a 30 minute phone interview screening with a Starbucks recruiter. After that they will schedule an interview at manufacturing plant with manager,supervisor, and senior machine operator. They asked about experience and situation questions. Interview was about 30-45 minutes long. After the 1st interview, I was scheduled a 2nd interview about a couple weeks later. It was almost same interview as the first except with other shift supervisor and lead. Got to tour the plant also. After that waited about a month for a job offer
It was adequate and pretty normal. They asked good questions and the process did not take long. Onboarding was fine and the training was good. I stayed for 6 years.

Did a over the phone pre screening. Then interview was arranged. Panel Interview five managers/supervisors learning specialist and operator where present.Lots of questions about past experiences. Took a fair amount of time . After background check was completed called back in for a tour of the facility job was offered. Whole process took about four weeks.
