J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (New York, NY) en avr. 2013
Entretien
It was a standard interview process. I went into the store, told them I was there for an interview and they offered me a free drink. A few minutes later the assistant manager walks out and we have a small interview. It was maybe 30 minutes, 40 minutes max. He asked the general interview questions, i.e. explain a situation where you dealt with an unhappy customer, what would you do if you saw a coworker doing something wrong, etc. We also talked about hours of availability etc.

Question 1
I don't think any of them were that difficult. It might help to think about some general interview questions before going, just so you are more prepared and can give faster responses.

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
