J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2012
Entretien
Received a call from store manager and asked interview questions right away. Invited me to come to an interview two days later. When I got there, he was still interviewing someone else, so I waited 15-20 minutes (trying not to finish my drink!) Finally he came over and introduced himself and asked easy factual questions before he got into the more difficult ones. We seemed to get along pretty well, and I felt confident in my responses. When the interview came to a close he just handed me his card and said it was a pleasure meeting me. It was all about 15 minutes...much shorter than expected. I feel he probably just cycles through interviewees until he finds someone spectacular. Unfortunately, it hurts my future chances of getting hired at any Starbucks because I was interviewed by a high traffic store that can be as picky as they want!

J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Subang Jaya)
Entretien
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
