I was contacted by the HR recruitment team post my application asking me take a two part assessment which included a cognitive test and a personality test. Post this the recruiter reached out to inform me that I am moving forward and they scheduled a call with me to talk more about the role and my experience. The call however lasted 5 minutes where they asked me if I have a PR or citizenship. They simply said they will not consider candidates who have temporary working rights.
I am truly disappointed with the whole experience, not only because of the lack of transparency which would’ve ensured that applicants who are on temporary visa do not apply, but also because of the extra assessments that I had to take that was an absolute waste of time. This reflects on the culture the company follows and I am happy I am not a part of it.

Phone screen, easy enough and pretty standard questions.
Then online psychometric test, which I think is ridiculous and provides no value for the interviewee or the company in flushing out talent.

I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview via email. I had two phone interviews, one with a small team and the other with an individual and was offered an on site interview. The on site interview was with several teams and the top US executive. After the on site interview, I did not receive a call back regarding my status as an applicant in the previously discussed timeline, nor did I receive any word or a call from my email to the hiring team when I called to inquire.
