then the final is how good you are at finding a solution for a customer that benefits both customer and the company

Phone interview followed by in-person interview, really simple questions, scenario based, got the offer in the next 4 days. Overall a smooth on-boarding process. The interview was with the general manager of the store, and it lasted only 10 minutes in total.

He sold it to me. This real career opportunity where I could excel and do what I liked, and the pay bump would be awesome. I was very excited. All of this turned out to be a lie. I never got the position I applied for, instead a much lower paying one.

I filled out their form at the store for future jobs asthey were not hiring at the moment. I got called after about 10 days for first interview. They have a talent assessment pamphlet to assess which area you would fit better.
