Pros: The interviewers were friendly and initial conversations gave a positive impression of the company culture. The role itself seemed interesting and aligned with my background. Cons: Unfortunately, the recruitment process was very poorly managed after the initial stages. I completed an online assessment, had multiple interviews, and even visited their offices—all of which required a serious investment of time and effort. I was explicitly told I would receive a final update regardless of the decision, and I personally requested follow-up. Despite that, I never heard back. This lack of closure reflects a disregard for candidates' time and commitment. For a company of Stantec’s size and reputation, I expected at least the bare minimum in terms of communication and professionalism. Advice to Management: Respect candidates' time and effort. Even a short rejection email goes a long way. Not following up damages your employer brand more than you might realize-especially when you've brought someone that far through the process.

Initial phone interview was great, with usual question on tell me about yourself and a bit more detail on select few experiences. Next i went to meet the team. The telecome team was very technical asking detailed questions one after another, final question was for me to draw something for the team.
