Met with department head, interviewed for approximately 2 hours, spoke with other members of the team, reviewed some of their past projects. Overall was a very relaxed interview, discussed skills, went over benefits, made some small talk with other engineers.

They asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to express my enthusiasm for the role and my eagerness to acquire new skills. The atmosphere was supportive, and I felt that the interviewer genuinely valued potential and attitude over extensive experience. Overall, it was a positive and encouraging process.

Work place are nice and clean,
However, hire process are slow.
