Informational interview for Office Administrator job. I met with a friendly HR recruiter and was able to ask questions about working for Stanford generally and whether or not my qualifications met requirements.
Initial screen by phone with HR followed by a zoom with search lead. If that goes well, typically meet with others on the search committee, followed by an in-person day of interviews.

Questions were focused on how my experience matches the position--most questions were experiential.
I had a total of 5 interviews, both in person and over Zoom - all fairly standard. I got lost on campus looking for one of the buildings so plan extra time for parking and searching for the correct building.
