Lot of hoops to jump through. Multiple interviews, each lasting 2-3 hours, meeting with various people back to back. A long process that gets you quite invested - which then really stinks if you are not offered the position. Seems to be a great place to get a job and settle in for a while - most employees had been there for years. Once in, good opportunity to move up/around.
