I applied 8/11, I got called by the hiring manager to schedule an interview. I interviewed with the unit manager and the assistant manager. They were very friendy and welcoming. They do not make you feel intimidated or scared. The interview lasted approximately 1 hour. They also gave me a tour of the unit. They allowed me to ask questions. What I like the most is that the process was fast and I was able to directly talk to the hiring manager. The same day after my interview as I was walking out of the hospital, the manager called me and said that she couldn't wait another day more and would like to extend me the job offer. I said yes, of course! It's Stanford!
