The interview process was very formal and traditional. They asked appropriate questions for my position and were very professional. It was pannel-style and included two staff nurses as well as the unit manager (who was also a nurse). I felt that it was a very appropriate process and very similar to other interviews for similar positions.

there nice and respectful. after my phone interview I got a call after 4 days she called me for a panel interview. But I canceled it because I already accepted the other hospital job.
