I attended 1 interview with a panel firing questions at me. The job was presented as an exempt position. When the written offer came through it was presented as non-exempt which offers less in benefits and accrued vacation pay.

There was a phone screen with recruiter, then a phone call with the hiring manager, followed by two panel interviews (where each panel interview included a presentation that I had to prepare on a project of my choosing). The interview process took about a month but waiting to hear back took over a month after the final round.

The interview process was long, multiple rounds, and at times disorganized. The panel interview felt very robotic and the entire team read off of a sheet. I applied 2 months before I received a call back. I had one phone interview and then waiting another 3 weeks. After that I had my first panel interview and then waited another 2 weeks for my final round interview. It was quite tedious.

6-person panel interview with current members on the team I applied for. Was given a topic 24 hours before the interview and asked to create 2 documents and a presentation.
