Entretien
Hard to get interview. They hire from employee recommendations and also hire family members of respected employees. If they are in a position to add employees they invite you to interview. You need to meet certain criteria. The interview is fair and straight forth. Everyone is friendly and interview is straight forward.

Question 1
They do not use heavy interview tactics. They go on instinct in my opinion. They have a fair process when hiring. If you are physically able and seem intelligent they will train you. That's not true for highly technical positions. Obviously electricians have certification and so on. They are a charitable company.
