The interview process was well-structured and consisted of three distinct stages. It began with a smooth initial phone screening with HR to discuss the role and cultural fit. This was followed by a face-to-face interview with the Marketing Manager and the Digital Communications and Marketing Manager. The final stage was an interview with the Marketing Manager and the Head of Brand, Communications & Marketing. The entire experience was professional, and the induction following the offer was incredibly seamless, thanks to the organized efforts of the Brand, Communications and Marketing team.
