Easy process. The interview will have standard questions to understand your motivations to work as a RM. You are expected to have money as a main motivation to make the interview easier.

Interview Process was pretty straight-forward. One interview with the hiring manager at the branch and another interview with the HR. Upon selected, you will sign the contract and be required to go through reference check which will take quite a while.

I was interviewed by the branch manager. The standard questions will be asked like "Why retail banking?" and "Sell me a pen.". Not a harsh interview but quite forceful in certain questions.
