I applied online and underwent psychometric testing. I was then selected for a Skype interview which asked behavioural and thought experiment questions. After that, there was an in-person test with a qualified psychometrist (nothing you can prepare for, it was a very insightful test). The final round was an assessment center at their headquarters in Johannesburg. (A background check was also taken). Overall a very rewarding process!
