The interview process for the Quantitative Analyst role was challenging but fair. It focused heavily on probability, statistics, and logical thinking rather than rote memorisation. Interviewers were professional and encouraged candidates to explain their reasoning clearly. Projects and problem-solving ability mattered more than academic marks, and communication skills were strongly evaluated throughout the process.

There was two technical tests before the actual interview - which can be tricky but is doable. Just keep your head about it. The actual interview is an hour and was over teams (however, I think will now be in person)
