-Received an email to schedule a telephone interview with HR representative. -Scheduled an initial 15 minute call using an online system. Real easy to use and sent me a confirmation email with the date and time and then another reminder email the morning of the interview. -After the interview, I was asked to complete an online personality test. This was short and the results were emailed to me. -Then I had an in person interview with the same HR person. -Completed an IQ test and a warehouse test. -Then had back to back in person interview with the warehouse manager and operations manager. -Was told that they would get back to me once a decision had been made and if I did not hear from them within a week that I could access the HR calendar directly to schedule a follow up call. This was real easy to use and saved on having to leave messages or guess what was going on. -Final interview was an in person interview with the president of the company.
