The interview process was fairly fast. They are really serious about hiring people and motivated to grow. Amanda contacted me and she was really nice and sweet. She asked me to come in for a preliminary interview. I think that they like to invite most candidates in for the first interview because there were a lot of people there. That is nice, I hate when someone judges you from a piece of paper. How would they know the real me? Allen Huffman conducted my interview and he seems like a really good guy. I got invited to a second interview, but I declined since the office is in Tampa. It was too far away from home in Sarasota. I thought it could make the drive but I couldn't. Overall, they were very nice and professional. Hopefully, they will keep my resume on file if I can move to Tampa eventually!
