Generic interview questions: where do you see yourself in 5 years etc.Door to Door sales job Monday-Saturday @ minimum wage pay. Also, The company website is riddled with grammatical errors and in one of the videos they posted, employees are shown in bikinis playing games of beer pong. Highly unprofessional

1st-Phone contact to come in
Prelim-Meet and greet with hiring manager
2nd-Detailed breakdown of position, usually off site like a Starbucks
3rd-Drug Test and Background Check
Everyone here is really nice. I love the people and the process is fairly easy. The background check and drug test definitely weeds out a lot of people. It makes it a fun work environment with everyone working towards the common goal.

Pretty straight forward interview, nothing really to be scared of. Just be honest and tell about your past experiences and where you see yourself in the future! They hire a lot of people because it is sales/marketing.
