I apply online, fill the form then register with the agency, after week got mail that I booked appointment , so on interview just need to show ID and permission to work.

Just an induction not really an interview they go through the process of how to get a shift since you have to message them for one and health and safety.

What shift you would prefer, morning or afternoon.
They will call you in a room with the other candidates, will hand some documents to fill out about your personal information and will ask you in turn questions to test your English language and to make sure you understand the job, it lasts approximately 15-20min
