I'm am a 4th year biomedical engineering student and they came to our campus to recruit for their cardiovascular field intern position. They talked to you at the meeting then grabbed your resume. If you got picked, you'd get an interview the next day or so.

Question 1
The interview was very straight forward. She went through your entire resume and asked how you ended up there (for example, why did you choose BMEN at Texas A&M University... I see you played golf for 10 years, tell me about that... etc) She also asked about any OR experience you've had.

Entretien
The entire process took 4 months. First round was an on campus interview, basic behavioral to get to know you. Next round involves shadowing in the field and writing about your experience. Final round is in Austin, TX. Interviewers were very friendly and outgoing, they wanted to get to know your personality and make sure you were a cultural fit for the company.

Entretien
One interview onsite with the Regional Manager which went for around 1 hour. Nothing technical was asked as the company gives training for the candidates. They were looking for recent graduates who are willing to relocate to the desired location. The job included travel.
