The process is very well structured, the interviewers are generally friendly and helpful, giving useful tips, but it requires time (30 minutes of conversation, tests with basic algorithms, data structures and algorithms, code analysis, system design and behavior). Each stage lasted 1 hour. At the end, they send feedback with the main points to the unsuccessful candidates.

The communication and leadership round felt like a genuine conversation about collaboration, ownership, and teamwork rather than a rigid behavioral checklist. The process concluded with a short follow-up call with HR, which was clear and respectful of my time. All stages were conducted in a friendly and professional manner. The interviewers were engaged, supportive, and genuinely interested in the discussion. Overall, it was one of the most well-organized and positive interview experiences I’ve had.

Was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a screening chat. She then went on holidays and an email bounced back. On her return we picked up the thread again. I emailed her in response to her email and didn't hear anything further.
