Super fast response times which was greatly appreciated. Applying, scheduling, interviewing, and then receiving their decision took about a week total. Interview felt mostly like a conversation, but the interviewer definitely had some planned questions to check off the list before we ended (understandable).

Similar questions to what others have said, like; Who are you? Why this company? What is your experience level in this? How comfortable are you doing this? What did you do when someone did this? etc.
Two-step process, first is an initial interview of roughly 15 minutes to discuss the role and some more general design principles. The second interview is a 2-hour interview with the team.

Entretien
The interviewer hammered me with questions about what features I would change about a specific game and why. Coming from a level design background, I gave LD specific reasons why I would change things about a specific game, but my interviewer saw that my thinking wasn’t strategic enough for the role of content designer. If you interview for this role, note that they’re looking for someone just below lead designer but still having a game designer mindset.
