I was offered an interview and on the day on the interview they didnt show up without any notice. So I thought this wasnt professional, they didnt tell me the reason why this happend.

There was a culture interview, it was nice.
Technical interview was a take home assignment. It was very well made.
It's good that it's testing your ability to structure software rather than arbitrary memorization of algorithms

You are given freedom to design it as you want, and then there is an interview where you explain your decisions and they point out possible problems that the code might have.
I had only one interview with director. Technical questions were based on Java SE and Java EE. Also we had a daily conversation in English. Generally it was positive and I got offer in 1-2 weeks.
