I applied for a basic support role in late December and early January, receiving a response after a three-week wait. Following this, I scheduled a 15-minute call as per their request. However, on the day of the call, the interviewer canceled just 15 minutes before the scheduled time, prompting me to reschedule without an apology. Despite this unprofessional start, I willingly accommodated the change. During the rescheduled call, the interviewer appeared disinterested and was tardy. The conversation primarily revolved around my inquiries about their process, which seemed to frustrate him. Subsequently, I received a standard rejection letter with no follow-up. Despite seeking feedback, my inquiries were met with silence, a discourteous behavior that I find disrespectful. I cannot endorse this interview process for others.
