Entretien
5 rounds
1st with HR. 30min. Just a get to know you and role explanation
2nd with hiring manager. 45 min. More casual and enjoyable than in other places. Questions are not difficult. Like what you would say it's your superpower and explain examples of your work.
3rd round: Writing assessment (easy)
4th round:
2 interview with future co-workers. One from your department and the other from other department
Last round: it's with the hiring manager and the director. You have to do a pretty long presentation (it took me two evenings): a social media strategy from a brand you thing is good. One social media strategy you had done and a why me (30 min long) follow by regular interview
I was rejected at the last round. Director services show up late to the interview and the give their no lol
It is upsetting spending a lot of personal time preparing such a long hiring process and not only don't get hired in the last round but just got an automatic message.
