Interview process was a screening, this lasted about 30mins to see if I was qualified enough and would be a good culture fit. Then I met with a manager to do a similar session to the above. I had to complete a panel, this was to introduce myself, show my process as an Enterprise seller, how I'd attack the book and my understanding of the Sprout Proposition

The entire process was very pleasant. My recruiter was very prompt in following up after every round, providing feedback and updates. She constantly checks in to ensure I have a smooth and enjoyable interview process. The team at Sprout was very open and transparent, and the great company culture definitely shines through. It was one of the best interview experiences, with great momentum throughout.

Entretien
There were four rounds of interviews. The first round was screening with the TA, followed by two rounds with the hiring manager and then a panel presentation with the hiring manager's boss and a peer.
It was not difficult; they wanted to see your thought process on how you outbound, manage your territory, your wins/losses, and what you learn from it. Some questions were asked about the nuances of their industry, and if you are not from Martech, you might find it challenging. The TA team based out of Ireland was very helpful.
