Sprout's interview process was as thorough as it was swift taking less than 2 weeks to complete. The internal sales recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening within 24 hours of applying. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and made the entire interview experience incredibly enjoyable. The initial phone screen was pretty standard where we discussed background, current role, goals, etc. to see if there would be a mutual fit. This specific recruiter did a great job of selling not only the opportunity, but also the company as a whole, which I appreciated. At the end of the call she let me know I would be moving to the next round. Next step was a 45 minute phone interview with 2 of the managers. This call was as much about professional background and goals as it was personal interests, which I found refreshing. Following this call, I heard back from the recruiter within 24 hours with a green light to come into the office for a presentation. The presentation was scheduled 5 days out in advance. This allowed me enough time to let my employer know I needed the day off, and gave me ample time to prepare (spent roughly 15 hours prepping). Sprout gives you an agenda for the presentation, and allows you 30-45 minutes to truly sell yourself. Presented to a VP along with the 2 hiring managers I had a phone interview with.
