1st had phone interview; clear that person interviewing had only basic skills and misunderstood some of the information provided as it was repeated back incorrectly - they were late to appt time 2nd interview - in person and also they were late to interview time Decent interview but the hiring manager was downplaying the role and seemed to have made a decision before the interview even started...almost like they didnt know who they were interviewing Never heard back - poor behaviour after you've asked someone to take time away to meet with you
