Got a referral from a current employee. Got an HR call right after that. I had two rounds over two weeks - both technical. Other rounds with VPs/Hiring Manager/HR are also conducted once the technical rounds are cleared.
Each round was scheduled for 45 minutes but lasted more than an hour - lots of questions covered
