The interview process at Springworks was smooth and well-structured. It began with an online aptitude and technical test, followed by a virtual technical interview. The interviewer was friendly and focused on understanding my approach to problem-solving. The final round was an HR discussion about my goals and team compatibility. Overall, the process was efficient and completed within a week.

Question 1
One key thing they asked me was how I would ensure the security and reliability of the application I was developing—especially in the job portal project using the MERN stack. They were concerned about user data protection and system stability.
I explained how I implemented secure authentication using JWT (JSON Web Tokens), applied form validation on both frontend and backend, and used HTTPS for data transmission. I also highlighted the use of proper error handling and regular testing using tools like Postman and Jest.
This question really stood out because it showed how seriously they took system integrity, and it allowed me to showcase my understanding of full-stack development best practices
