After applying, I was contacted for an initial interview with HR. Since I was working during the proposed time window, we had to find a new date. After the new date was set and I had arranged everything around it, the meeting was canceled at the last minute. A holiday was suggested as a new date, which was fine by me, but apparently the person in charge did not realize this until a few emails later. So it was canceled again and a new date was found where the meeting surprisingly took place. After this half-hour meeting, I was sent a manuscript test that I had to complete in two hours. However, the information about this test was very sparse and contradictory. After the test, I was contacted for a second interview with the hiring manager and I was told that this meeting had to take place very soon, leaving me no time to prepare. This interview lasted one hour and was very exhausting. No attempt was made to provide information about the specific role. This interview took place 2 months ago and I was ghosted since. I've even emailed the HR person to ask about the status of my application, but have received no response. Such behavior, especially after so much time the applicant had to invest in the process (application itself already including a task, two interviews, one test) is just ridiculous and a pure evidence of incompetence. However, it was consistent with the unreliability and inability that had been demonstrated early in the process. After this experience, I would never consider working for this company in the future.
