1) First round (over the phone) – HR asked general questions about education, prior experience, expected salary and, when you would like to start if chosen.
2) In the second round (assignment), two publications were handed to me, and I had 24 hours to assess them and provide my thoughts on whether the research articles should be approved for publication or denied.
3) Third round (technical interview) – two senior editors conducted a technical interview with me, during which they inquired about my prior work experience and education. On a video conference, they also inquired about a particular journal in which they had an opening.
4) Fourth round (assignment) – I had to evaluate two manuscripts in ninety minutes and turn in a report.
5) Fifth round (fill out the form) – they asked me to fill in details about the expected date of joining, current CTC, and expected CTC.
